JOETZ is the youth service of the Socialist Healthcare (De Voorzorg and Bond Moyson) and profiles itself as a health promotor within the youth work. Its different projects and actions target all children and youngsters between 3 and 30 years old.

The dangers of the internet
Challenge
Joetz wants to create awareness amongst youngsters about the dangers of the internet. They were looking for a solution to present this in a fun and interactive way.
Solution
We developed a chatbot that tries to obtain personal data of the youngsters, e.g. their name, e-mail address, snapchat, etc. At the end of the session they get a score and in-depth explanation about the potential dangers of sharing personal data online. It is important that the results can be analyzed whilst the anonymity of the youngsters is guaranteed. Through a web application, the guide/supervisor can manage his sessions with results and the chatbot. Via the platform teachers also have also access to educational material for teachers which they can use freely.
